Huge stain on my carpet not sure what the stain they said oh well we aren't going to cover it. Got it professionally cleaned but they still said to bad.

My installer put the floor down,and finished it off. I was so happy with my new floor,it was absolutely beautiful!!

The next day,I opened the curtains and there they were,random oak planks scattered through my beautiful hickory floor.

I called my installer,he's said he sees it to. But he's going to charge me 2000.00 to fix it.

Paid thousands to install absolute crap tile. Bathroom, kitchen, living space.

Some tiles have bubbles, some have a sheen different from others. Whole floor of tile that is embarrassing. 25,000 wasted. No customer service.

LOWES said STAINMASTER will refund me if I pay to have it removed and then pay for someone to reinstall.

Not at all as advertised. Not easy to clean, not waterproof, and looks horrible.r

We installed Stainmaster Vibrant carpet, advertised as 'high quality' flooring, in our master bedroom. After only 16 months, it was showing signs of a curving wear pattern only where we walk around a corner into another room.

After submitting a warranty claim, we had the carpet professionally cleaned as mandated by Stainmaster, but this did not remedy the issue. Stainmaster had a 'third party' inspector conduct a virtual inspection using video from my cell phone camera. Of course, inspectors are hired by Stainmaster, and sure enough, the inspector determined that this was normal wear and not covered under exclusions to Stainmaster's so-called 'warranty' which proves to be a ruse. Stainmaster carpet obviously is subpar, and their warranty is meaningless.

Lowe's Stainmaster got one over on me this time.

My advice to anyone thinking about Stainmaster products: just don't! And regardless of any flooring you choose, carefully read the warranties!

Dont lock and its garbage, DONT BUY

Ive been doing floors for 35 years. Cant even get the stuff to lock together.

It is complete utter garbage.

Its costing me thousands of dollars to repackage at all. Return it and get a new floor.

Caution: Do not purchase STAINMASTER Pet Protect carpet from Lowes.

We purchased the STAINMASTER Pet Protect carpet from Lowes (with install) a little over a year ago. It was recommended that we use Bissell cleaner if we wanted to clean the carpet ourselves, and have the carpet professionally cleaned, periodically.

We've done both and only both to keep our carpet clean - no other questionable products or methods have been used.

Despite this, we noticed over several weeks, our color slowly washed out - almost as if there were lighter bleach or streak marks. Initially, this was mostly noticeable in the sunlight coming through the windows, but before long it became visible in normal lighting.

We filed a claim with Lowe's STAINMASTER to remedy the issue, confident that this would be rectified. Well, they essentially told us to pound sand. They told us that they were not responsible for the color loss.

So, we're now stuck with thousands of dollars of defective carpet that's a little over a year old, that looks absolutely hideous.

Additionally and unrelated, our pets have had two accidents on different areas of the carpet.

Even after a professional cleaning on both areas, a slight brownish color still remains.

It's a shame that this can happen to a consumer. I'm really surprised there isn't some class action lawsuit in play - we really can't be the only ones to have gone through this.

We purchased Stainmaster carpet from Lowe's, the day of installation, 12/31/2024 we noticed the carpet was not the color we ordered. We ordered a light brown and when it was installed, it was silver.

Immediately my husband went to Lowe's and voiced his concern, long story short, we still don't have the right carpet 6 weeks later. We have been getting the run around from Lowe's, Stain Master and the installers.

Because of the unusual shading, the carpets look soiled. They are also unraveling.

Since I am selling our house, the stager suggested removing the rugs. They are only carpets are less than 4 months old.

The carpet has been installed about 24 hours now. The smell is unbearable. It has given me a horrible headache that I can not get rid of.

I will NEVER buy any carpet from Lowes or Stainmaster EVER again.

Carpet less than 3 years old at winter home looks like garbage. Texture worn out but has 25 year (Limited) warranty.

No brochure given to us at the time of purchase but WARRANTY is null and void because the carpet was not professionally cleaned within 18 months of purchase!

SCAM with warranty. Do NOT expect them to stand by their product!

Worst carpet. Purchased from lowes plush carpet.

Picked this specifically because we have pets and it stated pet friendly. We had stain master for 25 years and it was awesome carpet. Did not wear repelled stains. We had an elderly dog have a few accidents and the stains just went right to bottom of carpet like no protection at all.

Now the stains just keep coming back and the carpet is basically ruined after 3 years.

Very disappointing. Also the wear in high traffic area is horrible for the age of carpet.

Stain master vinyl plank flooring suck so bad. They dont interlock, the pieces break off super easy Ive installed so many floors before these are garbage stay away

Had to throw away 32 bores of flooring all broken they would not take them back cause they went in original box / so I eat 1749.00 / Home Depot looking good right now / sure a little more money but they stand behind there what they sell good bye lowrs

The stain master carpet we purchased, does not clean well at all. The dog *** stains immediately, and will not clean up.
